Qualification as a CHDO is determined by Participating Jurisdictions (PJs), which make their decisions based on an organization’s adherence to the above eligibility requirements and the pertinence of proposed projects to broader community goals.

Additionally, application materials for becoming a CHDO are available through any Participating Jurisdiction.  Applications may be obtained through the respective PJs via the following links or phone numbers listed here.
