Housing Action Illinois offers workshops and direct technical assistance to non-profit housing developers and housing counseling agencies. For developers, we assist with all aspects of completing a project, such as organizational development and strategic planning, securing funding, construction management, marketing, and property management. We build the capacity of housing counseling agencies to work with prospective and existing homeowners.

We also co-coordinate REACH Illinois, an employer-assisted housing initiative. We recruit employers to financially assist their employees find homes close to work using state matching funds.
